All Villas and Apartments are furnished and maintained by Home Javea to the very highest standard. This way, you will know exactly what to expect when you arrive.
Your Home from Home will be clean, well furnished and fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. If it is a Villa it will have its own private pool and all apartments have pools within their complex and are within walking distance to the beach. All will have Air-conditioning, doth inside and outside dinning areas. A good quality gas BBQ, Games for the pool and for indoors.
Booking your holiday Villa with HOME can help you slip into the holiday frame of mind immediately. As you can see from the website, we give you all the information you need about the area to find your way around, as well as recommending our favourite watering holes and restaurants(but there’s always new ones to discover – so let us know if you have any good experiences and we will try them out).

RENT YOUR PROPERTY WITH HOME
The majority of clients with home have benefited from our involvement in the fit out and furnishing of their Villa/Apartment or have availed of our HOME DOCTOR SERVICE. Once they have the look and feel that they wanted in there holiday dream home the last thing they want is to have it spoilt. The most common thing we hear is that even when you keep your Villa available only for family or friends you still spend the first 3 days of your holiday straightening everything and cleaning. Also if things get broken (as they obviously will from time to time) you can spend the rest of the time going round trying to replace things.
Not a problem. If the are a HOME Javea Client. Not only will we maintain your Villa to the highest standard both inside and out. But you will also arrive with clean linen on the bed and clean towels in the airing cupboard. The place will be spotless and all evidence of the previous tenants will be gone. We can also help you with Airport Collections or car hire and have a welcome pack of food and drink waiting for you.
Sound good, this is how we work.
Firstly we will work with you to get your Villa exactly how you like it. The object is to keep it like this for you and help you make money from renting your Villa – trouble free.
A. There is an annual fee for the full maintenance of your property (please see property maintenance for full details). This will vary from Villa To Villa but will ensure your premise is at its peek the whole year round. It is charges on a quarterly basis in advance.
B. There is a one-off start up fee to cover the cost of Linen, Towels and the first years advertising costs. These charges will not apply in the following years.
C. We rent the property out on your behalf for a percentage of the rental fee. The Villa is cleaned and towels changed and a full inspection is carried out before the next tenants arrive.
D. We collect a deposit on your behalf, from each group that rent your villa. If the Villa is deemed to be in good order we return the deposit to the renters there and then. If there is any damage we will take instruction from you and replace items at your discretion.
E. All HOME Javea Clients get good discounts from any items for sale in our showroom.
